Take The Chance

Masking

Confused dazed and in a world I did not know.
Deep deep, into the dark there was no light to follow.
No familiarity to me did this world bind.
The feeling was lost, lost to past times.
I saw color one fine day, oh the largest smile to my face lay.
Something in my chest, tenses when she's in sight
Oh Lord she's the best, her outlines so bright.
The one to make sense, with an aura so dense.
Her hand it touched my face, every molecule did her finger trace.
Nothing ever, gave me such a fever.
There is one regret I leave in my bet.
I did not reach back, all because I did slack.
The lost long love, the one thing I wish was me being brave.
Doubt plagued my mind, and failure, opun my head signed.
Please don't make the same mistake, if you let it be, no happiness from life shall you take.
