Imagine a world where everyone welcomes
You.
Not for a purpose, or a way to use you.
Just simple kindness and friendship.
Simply because they want to get to know
You.
Or perhaps we shouldn’t imagine such a
World.
Doing so leaves only to dissapount.
Kindness.
I pondered the word awhile
How I longed to give the world my smile
When I did they smacked my mouth
The Blood still oozes where the tooth fell out
Now I grow old and I find I'm throwing punches
Or hiding in forests eating secret picniic lunches
I wish I could take my belief in kindness back
Maybe joining this poem will get me on track?
