Crossroads

she_was_torture

The road ahead twist and turns,

The path behind stays straight with a clear end,

The trail to the left is dark from the start, with no vision,

The track to the right swirls and twirls to its own rhythm, never missing a beat.

In the middle is a crossroad, and opportunity, and a choice.

A crossroad of past, present, and future.

One way leading back to where it all began,

another to what lies ahead,

and one to stay in th moment.

But the last leads where the heart most desires.

Where every person wants to fly,

The place with no crossroads.
