Words Of Steel

Masking

Words of man, echoing the concepts of duels.

The swords and shields, clashing to pull out victorious.

the breath exhaled, was nothing more than pride.

Pushing the limit, set by the god of peace.

But what peace can there be with swords and shields, being raised at the necks of fellow kind.

No steel has been forged, to break such foolish hordes. The greed of the metal, to be tested by its owners mettle.

And the temptation is too much to bare, as this is endorsing it's very glare.

To bet a life on vowed words, is to gamble the response of fellow man.

A game one rarely wins, because a shield or sword, lives, to find its home in a heart exactly like your own.
