I'm Not Like Her

thatsilentgirl

Yeah,

I know already,

Her eyes are as bright as the stars,

Her hair is silky like a silk dress,

Her skin is pale and glowing,

Her hands are as soft as a baby's face,

Her nails are manicured and sparkly,

Her smile is full of life,

Her voice is as feminine as a little girl,

She has the brainpower of a doctorate,

She's dressed in pretty dresses and her face is covered in makeup,

Yeah,

She's beautiful,

My eyes are not as bright as hers,

But they watch over you,

My hair isn't so silky,

But I'll make it look as good as possible for you,

My skin isn't pale,

But your touch gives me shockwaves,

Maybe my hands aren't so soft,

But they are strong,

My nails arent manicured,

I'm too busy working for that,

My smile is small and timid,

But it's genuine,

My voice isn't like hers,

But it speaks to you the truth,

I'm not as smart as she is,

But I'm wise,

I'm not wearing pretty dresses or makeup,

But I made the best out of what I have,

I'm not beautiful or rich or smart,

But I'm kind, strong, and wise,

I don't have a lot to offer you,

But I offer all that I have...
