Print my name on a ticket

Edthepoet

You look like you're lying
All I hear is honesty
When somethings not quite right you always look guilty

It's still written on their faces
In a Language I can't speak
It's hidden in the places
That I'll never reach

Did you print my name on a ticket?
To gets us out of here?
I understand the need
Not so much the fear
Isn't it already bad enough
I'm not good enough
For you my dear?

You still sound like you're crying
But the tears dry on your cheek
Somethings not quite right
You always look at me

It's painted on there faces
In a colour I can't see
Its hidden in a patience
That I'll never breach

Did you print my name on a ticket?
To gets us out of here?
I understand the need
Not so much the fear
Isn't it already bad enough
I'm not good enough
For you my dear?
