"Fell"

AlinaVanderson

I may not have a choice

I may be the only one in this damned open room

Without a loud enough voice

I may be ugly

On the inside because

My mother never hugged me

Never told me she loved me

And meant it

I may be stupid

Graduating high school

With the report card

Of a nuisance

Have a scholarship

But I swear i’m gonna

Lose it

Someone somewhere

Help me get to hell

I was on my way to heaven

But I looked away for a second

And then I tripped and fell
