A letter to my old self

Reyas

Dear old me,

Let me give you some advice,

Don’t settle for what you’re given it’ll never be suffice,

And put on your game face and take the best of life,

Enjoy every second of the day and all the night.

Dear old me,

You’ll go through some struggles but don’t you ever cry,

There’s a light at the end of the tunnel right on the other side,

You’ll have lots of chances to do things I didn’t try,

I urge you to do them because you never know when you’re gonna die,

Dear old me,

Don’t you ever change,

No matter what they tell you always stay the same,

You’re the best so don’t you bow your head in shame,

But instead stand up and make sure everyone remembers our name.

Dear old me,

I love you.
