Summer time...

misskay

Drifting clouds

The gathering of crowds

On a joyous summers day

People are happier

Having fun

Soaking up the warmth of the glorious sun

Like the human spirit has been reborn

And a new mindset has begun

Plants and flowers bloom and grow

A beautiful majestic scene

An array of colours to be of show

The sun supports energy and life to breed

And feed

The insects collect their pollen

For their purpose built needs

Animals multiply as they reproduce

Already preparing for fall

Natures growth is fascinating

Like the growing of antlers on a moose

Animals Gathering of a wide scope of food

To eat as much as they can

Always preparing for each season as Mother Nature planned

The gentle flowing of rivers

And the fresh green meadows

Smiles and laughter

That blissfully echoes

Summer is a joyous time

To capture images and memories

In all of its prime

Summer is a good season both in life and in writing.

Lovely, there is so much we do outdoors in summer which makes it the most vivacious of seasons.
Your piece is full of bustling activity like a fete in its own right.
