Why can an adult buy a packet of 20 regal?...
but consenting to smoke marijuana is still illegal,
I don’t think there’s a logical answer,
even the cigarette packets warn you about cancer,
use of hardcore drugs and alcohol will cause an overdose and lead to addiction,
most addicts speak of a previous criminal conviction,
instead of binge drinking and experimenting with speed,
have a quiet night in and smoke a bag of weed.
