Flood
Screaming on the inside,
trying to keep a clean face
You don't know how much it means to me
that so far you've even stayed
and I'm flooded with feelings
after every word you say

Your poem trumpets the meaning of a true friend. The subject of "recognition" is not too much to ask for. You've also given your friend a wonderful tribute with your words.
