Rise and Shine
Theta was here and you are also here,
awaken my fair poet and face the day and your fears
- If not a mug of coffee maybe a cup of sunshine
Rise and shine oh dear friend of mine
- Brace yourself for the day and all its woe
Assault your demons and efface all existing sorrow
- For we must persevere and live all of life
For what else must we do if in the end we die
- Don’t look in the mirror, live in the here and now
Follow thy heart sadly nobody can show you how
- Clutch your fist and seize the dawn of the day
Morning is has been met and slumber has been slain
- So arise my dear child and escape your minds slavery
For waking and fighting your demons is true bravery

A fine write Theta. Unfortunately the day is nearly over for me. I spent most of it finding out what Carpe Diem meant. When I found out, there was not much day left to seize! doh! heehee.
