Silence

annonymouswonder

Sitting still at the bottom of an endless sky

My only wish is silence of the mind, peace that can’t be described

Why ask for the sun when you already feel its warmth?

Why ask for the moon when you already see its beauty?

Why speak when there's so much to hear?

Every molecule, atom, person, and thing is always so quick to move

I only ask what would happen if it went still, just for a moment

What would the world look like if it stopped and was truly silent?
