Sticks of gum

Netashi

Happily wasted

Theta was here, he watched as they wasted their years in each others arms, he sadly hugged his shadow

  • I drank you like liquor being reckless and young

Not knowing our adventure had begun

  • We were rambunctious and wild like a fire

Yearning for love and succumbing to our desires

  • We had nights with endless embrace

We would hug and plant ourselves and stay in place

  • You were an extension of my body warm and inviting

Every tip every lump beautiful and enticing

  • Then like rain it stopped without warning

We stopped liking each other we both became boring

  • Like a doll or a toy we became unentertained

Then was all this time spent in vain

  • I later found my wife my true better half

Surprisingly I learned alot from the past

  • So here’s thanks to you for making me act young and dumb

But I now must forget you and thus swallowed you like gum
