Sometimes its hard to cry,
Sometimes its hard to breath,
Sometimes its even hard to see the good in being me.
For my heart to never smile,
For my outside to never match what is within,
For me to never be able to control the way I feel.
How to begin
Yet I know it's not just me,
Who suffers with how one feels,
Yet I don't want to be someone
that not only suffers,
But told that you can never feel the way you want to feel.
(HAPPY)

- Comment from author about the poem: I was told by a person that studies peoples emotions and health and the person told me I could never control my emotions no matter what. I go against that I don't believe that I know that yet I don't just know that I also feel that.
