Curse

Netashi

The Curse in my Iris

Theta was here, not chained down but overtaken by this burden the curse of distraction. He stood idly as he watched himself drown in all of his mistakes

  • Oh dear friend of mine what have you done

Why throw away this potential to have minimal fun

  • Don’t you know people care about me and you

Why are a sloth and let this curse override the truth

  • Fact is you can achieve greatness with the slightest of ease

You call yourself a scholar but with yourself you’re not pleased

  • You despise yourself and are displeased with your life

Left all hope and thus put on your disguise

  • For you try and give up at the slightest trouble

And that why this curse has put you in a bubble

  • You get easily distracted because your scared of life

Afraid of getting hurt as soon as you feel alive

  • Don’t fancy a girl because she will probably refuse

Can’t you see this curse is useless and just uses you

  • So please look at yourself and leave this curse to die

Forgive me I’ve forgotten this curse is in your eyes
