The Feelings of Being Replaced

cutelilcardinal

I see that you are doing well

No worries or cares from what I can tell

But do you know I'm going through hell?

My mind is nothing but a prison cell

You sip the coffee with my replacement

I'm sure she's never very complacent

But do you still make movies in the basement?

With her, I bet you're never very impatient

Does she share your love of songs?

Is it a burden to drag her along?

Is she depressed or is she strong?

Being with her could never feel wrong

I hope that you are all okay

And I hope you're happy every day

I'm sending love and light your way

Besides, I don't need you anyway
