pepsglasses

I love thee like a summers day

like the night.

Darkening on my soul;

sometimes light.

Every word

cuts me in some way,

Pierces through my skin

where it lay.

Every lie.

Too weak to say goodbye.

Goodbye? But what if it

wasn’t good?

What if every breath

was a sigh?

A sign:

it was time.

T’was ignored,

but why?
