I was lost in the dark
searching for a light
then I saw your smile
your shining eyes
you cared for me
helped me fight the darkness in my heart
started a fire in my soul
you guided me leading me out of the dark
but once I got into the light
you smile became a devilish sneer
your eyes became cold
you stopped loveing
pushed me back into the dark
left me cold and all alone
