"Boogeyman"

AlinaVanderson

Does my boogeyman ever sleep?

He must be exhausted

Dancing all night

I swear my love he’s lost it

They say that a witch put a spell on my man

Down he’s damned to eternal throwdown

Searching for fear in the eyes of the young

Challenging his friends to a showdown

If you dare win

His thoughts he might share

But nobody survives

My mad monsters glare

For his face is so ghastly

It seems almost fake

His appearance so dastardly

It makes the earth quake

So my dear boogeyman I give you my best

Under my bed may you get some rest.
