Angels Trust

Angels Trust

In angels we trust our loved ones souls

Be it taken to soon or graced of long life

Quietly we sit bereft of reason to tragedy

White feathers gliding gently remind us you are near

We break silence to seek solace from hurt and from fear.

Searching our minds , eyes flicker and focus on memories past.

Our deepest thoughts fall locked in amongst tears.

Clarity of emotion is sought as our friends kind words are all we hear

Soothing , calming and easing our fears

Broken it’s true but strong to admit.

So only in you do we trust in there souls

Two young women who will never grow old.

A terrible thing - not the poem, oops!
Even with prayers, some 'pass away', to put it subtly. Then some say passing away is a 'final healing'. Could be.
But we can't understand 'why' fully. A sensitive write lambo. It happened to a young-ish Christian leader's wife that I knew, and the mother of a Christian family.

We lost my dear niece two years ago on Sunday just gone she was thirty five and had given birth 5 months earlier. Then tragedy struck on Sunday again as we lost her sister my other niece two years on on the very same date to the very same type of cancer. 35 and 22 years They were such lovely girls very sad but together again.

      Lambo,

      A beautiful dedication!
      May they Rest In Peace!

Too many lives lost to this deadly disease!
      A disease that doesn’t descriminate!

      Beautiful words. A lovely dedication.
The white feather reference is very meaningful to me also. My Birth Mother (passed) has gifted one to my Sister and myself. So precious.

Thank you. Always been told that if a white feather floats down from above near you. It’s a love one who’s passed letting you know they are with you.
