Our Christmas Tree

ForeverJesus7

He was placed in a virgin,

as a seed,

born to grow,

as a life giving tree.

On Christmas we,

should celebrate his birth,

and everything that,

he is worth.

He came and grew,

so that we may live,

so that we may take,

what the Christmas tree has to give.

Our Christmas tree died,

for our sins,

and his grace did show.

Now we may take a part of the tree,

so that we too may grow.

  • Comment from author about the poem: In this piece, for those who do not know, 'Christmas', represents Christ's birth, and the, 'tree', represents what Christ grew into (The Tree Of Life). Joy to the world! The Lord has come! Persistence is key

A fine write Forever. The poem is tree-shaped too!
