Not

No distance is too great for a beam bright like yours,

and no city is lit enough without the shine of your simper

Work over here has been tough and my day could use something bright,

so may I request a grin, or a chuckle, or a “it’ll be alright”?

I’m far but if you send a curve I’m sure I’ll receive it after awhile,

because you have the kind of smile, that lasts for miles
