I am stronger.

EliDagger

Looking at you, you looking through me.

An inanimate object so powerful. You have a hold over me, my safety net when times are so dark I'm blind. I trust you to ease my pain.

I wonder through the darkness until that sharp scratch hits. So blind from feelings, emotions and the ability to cope.

I want to live without you, but how could I let you go. I want to leave you like the drop of blood leaves your razor and hits the sink in an instant. I hide the marks under blood soaked sleeves and your comfort lasts a second and then your best friend guilt kicks in. You trick me.

You are no good for me, your comfort is short term. I am stronger. I am stronger than your metal blades, I am stronger than your calling nature.

I am stronger.. without you.
