love me

MSA-19

i could do every impressive thing in the world & you still wouldn't love me. wear the most flattering dress & paint my face in seductive colors & you still wouldn't love me. write you a thousand poems & recite them in five different languages & you still wouldn't love me. climb the highest mountain to the very top & confess my love to you & you still wouldn't love me. rip my heart right out of my chest for you & you still wouldn't love me. if both of us were dying & i offered you my last breath just so you could keep breathing you still. wouldn't. love me.

It can't be that bad, surely.. so much self directed negativity ain't good for thee.. I liked these words tho ..

this poem isn't real it was something i made up. but i did write it in the perpective that i would probably have if someone didn't love me back. thank you for reading it i'm glad you like it.

I love this. Feelings that I am way too familiar with. Very well written, direct and beautiful. Great job.
