Blind Justice

TrystanBehm

The difference between what we say and what we mean

The space between

Who we are and who others see…

A space defined by changing rules and values

A, whatever the next thing is, is right…

To live here, is to be the master of balance

and jester of morals.

I am the master of imbalance...

    Dizzy.

A thought provoking poem. As a social constructionist intrigued by the possibility of this space between us, it made me think.

      Hi Sylviasearcher,

I am glad it make you think. It makes me think too, every time I read it. It always asks me something, different each time.

Thank you very much for the comment.

      Trys,
Many truths ā€˜spokenā€™ is your insightful write!
      ā€¢ ā€œBlind Justiceā€
Definitely ā€œA space defined by changing rules and valuesā€...

Itā€™s becoming more difficult because justice is not always blind. So it is up to us to be that ā€œmaster of balanceā€ and to be fully aware of the many disruptions!
