HELLO FAYE ANGELA HERE ! Welcome to MPS and thanks for your first Poem. We all experience PAIN : Physical & Mental. I am a PHYSIOTHERAPIST so I am used to giving People Pain : exercise etc to relieve their pain and improve their mobility ! We have a mantra "No gain without PAIN" and this reflects what your poem & comment says. I find if I have mental Pain : a bit of physical Pain cancels it out : and vice versa !
