Thanks PP ~ for caring & sharing ! ANGELA (30) & I (35) are saving up for a HOUSE in East Essex in 2020 (at least £350k = $500k !) We are both in excellent Health have good secure Jobs and are fiercly in LOVE ! We need to save about £100k for a mortgage ! However we are both committed Christians and donate 10% (Tithing) of our joint Net incomes to the Church & Charity (that does not include our Mortgage Fund). We believe this is Biblical ~ we are coerced to do it ! Over 70% of the Worlds Population are worse off than and Millions are Homeless (we both rent flats at the moment because we are not cohbiting ! Angela is in NEW ZEALAND on work exchange !) BUT ~ WE are both savng for the FUTURE ~ AMEN. Please check our site. Yours BRIAN & ANGELA.

Hello! Happy to hear you're wealthy in love and in health, that is wonderful and the most important! Good luck with your house purchase as well, that is exciting! My husband and I purchased our first house this year!

Nice to hear of your donations to the church, that's very generous of you. I'm an atheist myself, but churches are beautiful places. They bring wonderful comfort, safety and sense of community to millions of people that is actually quite hard to find outside of religion. Your tithing will help to continue to provide that. Thanks for the word 'tithing' by the way! - I learnt a new word today!!

Thanks for your comment and best of luck! I'll check out your site now.

      Hazel.

You just hit the nail on its head....

Thanks Neville! Everything else is inconsequential! Sometimes it's hard to keep that in focus, a little reminder is helpful to keep things in check.
