Anger

GraceParker48

It builds. It grows. It can lessen. But it never fully goes away. It is a protector for feelings. It saves lives. But there is a deep dark side. In the pit of your stomach. Waiting to rise till it bubbles up. Then comes bursting forth with every intention of hurting. It started as hate. Ends in rage. Nothing can stop it. Always lurking. Waiting to be released. All through long lives. Even when happy it is always there to bring the happiness down. Always the foreign plant. Swallowing up the beautiful native life. Never giving it a chance to blossom. Always lurking in the depth of hearts. The weight of it drags you down. Never letting you be fully content.
