Flying High

Forever High

 

For every sin that occurs

We recall God’s guiding words

That in ascending He paid the price

With forgiveness to those wanting life

 

With the slate clean we understand

That grace covers every man

Leaving him as white as snow

With no blemish to his soul

 

Our families and friends are there

In the hallowed place prepared

Always with many rooms

Where we live with our Father too

 

With our wings we can fly

All our days forever high

With all our needs and cares provided

The eternal flame forever lighted

 

Faith, hope and love the three

Of the greatest things found free

Given to each in his day

To guide us as we make our way

 

To our Father we arrive

With forgiveness in our lives

Happy that we made it too

Cleansed with wine and bread as food
