    I only ever had a panic attack once.. I think your words are quite apt.. My solution was to seek company and ask someone to keep an eye on me whilst i tried to calm myself down.

      Thank you for commenting! I had a very bad experience when this happened to me because the feeling never really went away. I will be writing more about my experience.
