Stealing La Petit Morts underneath a cerise moon/Velvet Strands

whisperingquill

Stealing La Petit Morts underneath
a cerise moon

I met you neath the
crimson waterfall
 you wore angel's
trumpet in your hair,

plump swarthy lips
betoken feral bliss
 masquerading
modus operandi
twisted sinister
fragrance betwixt,

Aisōpos descendant
mondo bosom resplendent
leafless spindrifty
glistening nether
two lipped tulip
perfumed amaranth,

sink my lips tickled
wiggled giggle

from tongue
piston cyclone

release your wraith
now hypnotically
undulate

collapse
within your own void,

I lay you down on
feathered lily petals
blessed

by Rati's
whispered whimpers
 this canvas of flesh

chiseled by Eros's
intelligent craftsmanship,

two preponderate as sole
 under the cerise moon
mystified by feral inebriation
 climatic uprising

as I grind
 in your chamber of fucshia
 wonder,

clench my neck
roll with me as palpitations
 race to shake the tribunals
of Olympus mere mortals
making the nectar stolen
from Elysian secrets

no time to hesitate
my fury will
seal your fate

numb and drunk
from your cream

you stay shellshocked

my promiscuous queen.

Velvet Strands

Somewhere in time
I tasted your dreams,

somewhere in time
I bled for your being,

somewhere in time
I whispered your name,

somewhere in time
my loves flame burns
in perpetual rain,

somewhere in time
I'll die to find you again,

every second of time
our bond will never end.

I’m very new to this site so I don’t know how to like a poem exactly so I’ll leave this. Thank you for the beautiful poetry before bed.

Thank you for review and comment.

And welcome to the site poet

Oh I think this one could be my favourite.
      I like the contrasts.
The invitation to dwell amidst the light and shade of desire.
      The heavenly, endless, divine, celestial.
The raw, the human, the transient, the flesh.

And I like that they intertwine and feel perfect beside each other.

Yes I agree with Bo, perefecr bedtime reading, but it was also nice to wake up to.

          Thanks Mr wq

I never know if what I feel is anywhere close to what was being conveyed. And in fact some poems I don't understand at all. But then I guess that they are for other readers?

        • Fay Slimm.

Compelling read and so adeptly crafted - - a favourite for sure. Thanks for crystallizing the feel of yielding to love "under a cerise moon".
