Heartbreak

I feel it’s all my fault

my heart is now just an empty vault

of confusion that I have yet to figure out

it’s all this sadness that keeps my doubt 

I still cherish these memories we share 

and I hope that you still care

if that’s not the case will have to move forward 

so my self esteem will not be lowered 

know I’m truly sorry, I mean it

each and every single bit

I apologize for any wrongs I’ve ever done 

especially when I shunned

I hope you understand, I hope you know,

I really did love you so

this is now the past, it’s all over 

but I hope someday we could open this closure.
