Revolution

asrealastheycome

I grew up in a place full of privilege
Where children complain until the pills hit
Blind to the reality of hard living
Barely earn shit, because it’s all given
Won’t claim my plane ain’t on the same runway
But I use my knowledge to change the world someday
I feel for others, struggling for warmth at night with no bed covers
We human, fuck color, y’all my sisters and brothers
Pains and aches me to see y’all with no appreciation
Lately, aggravation, got me losin my patience
The system is broken
So I’m provoking revolution
All else has failed I see no other solution
