Feelings too new and too thin to be spoken

Of a heart so bruised it's afraid to be open

You're not alone even if you don't know it

There will always be love for pretty little poets

 

But if you have to hurt now, let it be gentle

If you don't want to sing you can play the instrumental

You're never alone if you have faith in your heart

There will always be love, for you are a work of art

 

Don't let the darkness sink in too deep

Heartbreak is cruel but it has something to teach

You are stronger than any bonds that you break

And there will always be love for you to take
