It's silent
So quiet that you can hear how dark it is
His body is long and lean but strong and comforting
She fits perfectly on top of him
They inhale each others breath
Their lips almost touching
Legs tangled together
Hair a mess
She feels his heart running miles
Noses pressed against one another's
A small internal battle
Is the timing right
Should they
Should they not
They lose
But this feels like a win
Lips gently touch
And it's happened
His soft hands glide along her waist
She tugs at his hair
Her nails running along his back
His tongue dancing along her neck
They consume each other
And this.
This is the moment two friends become more
