Doubts

TheStrongInHeart

Currently I am doubting everything I know,

It's a treacherous path upon which to go,

But it's the path to wisdom, or so I'm told.

My God upon my faith stands first and foremost,

Is he there or am I just pursuing a ghost?

And should he exist as great as that would be,

Why would he care about me or my family?

I question my heart and what I desire.

Is it right for me, is success something I can acquire?

Will I ever find love, is there someone out there for me?

Am I controlled by fate, is there such a thing as destiny?

With time my doubts may subside,

But I sincerely doubt it because to question is to be alive.
