Closing in

Allysnewworld

Do you remember what happiness meant?

Comfort, joy, spirit.

I do

I remember,

that's all I do.

I know the feeling, I know what I had,

Day to day I sail; further away from happiness than the last day.

Further from love.

The hole she left is still void,

still longing for what was once so filling.

This extreme is too much now,

my chest closes inwards and I am crippled.

No longer am I able to fight this battle.

Surely this is one drop too many

All I see is dark

dark red

Now I'm closing in.

On;

comfort,

warmth,

closure,

nothingness.
