unheard

siranswerer

cloaked, in shades of fear,
dragged through the atmosphere,
darkness, roils and boils and surrounds,
screams unheard, unscreamed,
thumping, draining, beating fists,
against invisible walls,
echoes raining, down an empty hall,
purple clouds, overwhelming,
squeezing every thought, out.
