- Comment from author about the poem: Today is the day to correspond. “Radical Adventure” concept and work-up. So this one I guess only makes sense in context with my broader work. William Carlos Williams teaches such free style simplicity by way of his entire catalogue of work. But I’m thinking of one poem in particular: “This Is Just to Say”. Again, I always encourage reading as many poets and poems as you can make time for. It will certainly up your end game and perhaps even lead to a creation that some two hundred years from now will lead people to scratch their heads saying “I get it now!” Gary
