whisperingquill

In the arc of my life
steal away my pain
show me the sun
inside the laughter of rain

as the stars climb
to fall into our grace
save me a space
in your velvet place

take this heaven of mine
as my feet find no ground
you are my victory my
undying yearn my revolution
this burn has completed its turn

hold me down my slippery flame
all balance resides in the warmth
of your breast the thump of your
whisper the slip of your breath

the time has come for this spark to rise
this feeling of lonely has finally died;

my love,

we have found that quiet entwinement
in the raging hunger of a dying thunder

in this arc of my life that dream is now rectified.
