Monet's Japanese Bridge

Dovestoneboy

I should be overwhelmed
the symphony of colour
enraged ,fluid
I could hold it in my hands
spilling
or cup it to my ear
so peaceful

a lone cello
held high
above touch
it tantalises

the blue,
and I could traverse
to the midst,blending
a sobbing violin
throwing lilies
to my reflection

I just wish
for the merest
summer breeze
unpainted
dappled..
