Hidden emotion

Depression doesn’t just leave it’s a part of you

you have good days and you have bad days

but the bad days you wish you never have to see another day

I would never wish depression on my worst enemy

no one no matter how despicable they are should feel how you and I feel

I feel like I’m a shadow in my own body

I feel like the dirt on the ground is disrespected when I step on it

I feel like I’m alone

no one should feel alone

only loved

if you feel how I do you’re not alone

i relate to this like honestly. depression is so draining and harmful to one's body. the line of feeling as though you disrespected the dirt that lays on the ground hit me in a large wave. you have a way with words, keep writing!
