We anticipate the future
—by remembering the past
(Villanova Pennsylvania: March, 2019)
Where Dreams Have Laid
My writing conceals a deeper truth
than common sense abides
Each word unwraps a higher sense
than fame or fortune buys
Every breath I take, the future staked
the moment crowned as King
All beds remade where dreams have laid
—the present everything
(Villanova Pennsylvania: March, 2019)
The Freedom Within
Your ideas have merit,
that your words can’t support
Your spirit is strong,
but your language is weak
Your eyes are wide open,
while your tongue remains tied
Your voice now enslaved
—to the freedom within
(Villanova Pennsylvania: March, 2019)
Write, Sing, See, And Feel
Write your way out
of a book
Sing your way out
of a song
See your way out
of the darkness
Feel your way out
—of what’s wrong
(Villanova Pennsylvania: March, 2019)

Kurt,
VERITAS!
So beautifully āspokenā!
It is because of ārememberingā my past that I look forward to my future...whatever that shall be!
Iām trying to be on my best behavior!š
~Laura~
I'm sure your future is bright!
It certainly has been and continues to be brighter reading your extraordinary writings! Looking forward to much more of your written work!
Have a great Sunday!

Thanks, you're very kind as usual!
Kurt
You too, thanks!
I had to read these a couple of times, out of sheer excitement. I really enjoy reading your work, because it's seldom seen that someone weaves words like this. Most poets write about specific things, and give them a definite description while also trying to describe them a little too well.
You simply take the words, and carve a path through reason with what you write. It's so cool to see, you have no idea.
Thanks for this, Kurt.
Well done once again.
Nicholas: You've summed up eloquently exactly what I try to do.
Your comments really set you apart and are most appreciated.
Thanks again
Kurt
