Dark Shadow

For many years

I have tried to live a normal life

But i can’t escape this dark Shadow

Thats always creeping up beside me at night

For many years i have tried to find a better life

Fighting my battles alongside my best friend

The only one here was my best friend

I thought hiding it was my best option

But this dark shadow will not give me a rest

Many nights i have cried myself to sleep
