ruined memories
ruined people
ruined places
ruined songs
You became so incorporated in my life, you ruined so many things
I’ll cut my hair, change my clothes, and pretend I’m another person, different from the one you ruined

- Comment from author about the poem: I have recently gone through a very rough breakup and through poetry I’m slowly understanding how I feel, why I feel that way, and I’m piecing myself together once again

Best of luck in your endeavors.
WELCOME MEGHAN - ANGELA here :Thanks for your first and very poignant Poem. RUIN is a heavy word : but its very true of the ruinous PAIN some MEN can inflict on Ladies ! Ive had ba experiences in the past (Im 30 now) and I promise you one does recove but it takes time. I shar this site with BRIAN (35) and as soon as we met I knew He was different Gentle - Kind & Lovoing and always a Gentleman who always treats me like a Lady ! Im in NEW ZEALAND on a Work Exchange until October & Brian is in the UK (11,500 miles apart !) BUT absence really does make the Heart grow fonder and he is visiting @ Easter : AMEN
Every Blessing for the Future : Thinking of you
