don’t kill me yet

AJ

Why am I thinking about you

I know it was never real

I shouldn’t have isolated myself

Now I have to read between lines

Like we used to do together

Our favourite poem

Her favourite song

Your mix

If I listen to it enough

Will you hear me

Why am I thinking about you again

After so long

Either be here or don’t

But lingering kills me

I think I can smell your clothes

the scent lingers

from the seat in front of mine

when we were students so so long ago

if it’s not real

why do I feel it so hard?

Don’t kill me just yet, H
