I crave the spotlight 

But what if it's too bright

Or the feelings not right

And I'm drawn to the night

Because the dark is my home

Quiet, safe, and alone

Where I can be on my own

And let my mind roam

With no judgement to face

No hate to be traced

Because when you put it in place

You know it cant be erased

So be bold, take risks

Live life, take this

Advise, be wise

Cautious, for lies

The truth, they hide

But what you feel inside
