Come
Come now
Come to me
Let me tell you
about this new place.
It's located...right here.
Just close your eyes for a bit
and feel the air and the lights here.
Now open your eyes...so...so...slowly.
There, the smile of wonder and of delight!
May this be a forest...or...a fun place!
It's up to you...to your truest heart;
There could be angels or faeries,
Playing, singing, and dancing,
Join them...and be happy
Stay here...till sunrise
For now, just sleep
don't forget
always
smile.

- Comment from author about the poem: It took me several hours (or probably longer) to think of what to create to post here. Those resource I had before on many types of poetry is gone. Will make do with what I can remember. Something finally kicked in for this poem.

This points as a forward arrow - the shape of the poem - forward to.... smiles, joy, and laughter?!
Could be...and I didn't notice that.
I was focusing on the format. It's something I remember about the first line having only one syllable. Then next next increases by one syllable...until the tenth line. The 11th line is ten syllables, and go downwards from there.
It forms the shape, but I just can't remember the type of poetry.
This was inspirational, you just keep knocking them out!
Thank you for this
