Destruction

BreeG

One decision.

One misstep.

One thought of “this is what’s best”...

And suddenly,

Your world crumbles.

You continually tell yourself, “It’ll be ok”

But you’re lying, and you know it.

You can try to convince yourself all you want.

The riptide drags you deeper.

It is your own fault you’re there.

You made that decision.

Talk that deep breath in.

Yes, it burns.

This is the destruction you’ve created.

Own it.
